DO NOW
You will be following a tutorial using your Photoshop skills to create a new species of animal!
For your DO NOW today, please search for pictures of two animals that you will edit in Photoshop. In a blank Word document, place the two original pictures and create a name for your new animal. For example, I am going to create a Cowsky using the combination of a cow and a husky.... here are the pictures I will use:

In the Word document, paste both pictures, name your animal, make sure your name is on top of the page. YOU MUST PRINT THIS DO NOW DOCUMENT AT THE END OF THE BLOCK TO RECEIVE CREDIT. Please hand in to my sub for the day.  SAVE A COPY IN OUR CLASS FOLDER UNDER FOLDER NUMBER 20-Zoo Animal

This DO NOW should take you somewhere between 15-30 minutes. You want to make sure you are working in Photoshop about 30 minutes into the block. If not, you may find that you run out of time to complete the assignment.

You need to follow the tutorial that Ms. Benack put together for us!
Please take your time, be creative, and use your Photoshop skills! As you read through the tutorial posted HERE-Zoo Tutorial, please note that there is a lot of flexibility in this project. The tool that I used and worked best for me may not be the tool or technique that works best for you! Take your time, be creative, and have some fun! After-all, it really is a zoo in here sometimes :)
