DO NOW:
Please start the following programs:
1.  Powerpoint
On the title slide add the following information:
Title:  Animations Project
Subtitle:  A Project By
                 Your Name
                  Multimedia Presentations
                  Block ?
2.  Adobe Photoshop     


Today we are going to learn how to make pictures move and change in Adobe Photoshop--ANIMATIONS!


Size of a PowerPoint Slide:  11 by 8.5 inches


1-Changing Pictures-Transparency

Step 1:  Create all your layers and be sure that they are all the same size.

Step 2:  Choose Create a Frame Animation on the Timeline

Step 2:  Make visible the top layer that you will change the opacity to make it semi-transparent.  Also, make visible the first picture that is to appear in Frame 1 of your animation.


Step 3:  Set the Frame Delay Time to 1.0 Second

Step 4:  Duplicate Frame

Step 5:  Make visible the second picture that will appear.  This will complete Frame 2.

Step 6:  Duplicate Frame 2

Step 7:  Make visible the third picture that will appear.  This will complete Frame 3.

Step 8:  Set the animation to play Forever.

Step 9:  Save the file as a psd file. This will maintain all your layers and the Timeline.

Step 10:  Save for Web as a Gif--128 Dithered.
